Shooting Camp-out Next Weekend (2/15/19-2/17/19)

The Troop meeting on February 11th will be focused on preparation for the upcoming shooting camp-out. The Monday prior to a camp-out is Money Monday:

• Come to this meeting knowing if you will attend the camp-out
• If you are planning to attend, bring money ($15) to contribute to your Patrol's food costs. That way the Grubmaster knows how many mouths to feed and has some money to buy groceries.

We are collecting RSVPs from both adults and Scouts. If you are an adult, please also include the number of seat belts in your vehicle so we can coordinate transportation

The rough agenda looks like this:

• Friday
  • Departure after school (bring a sack dinner to eat on the way)
  • Arrive at Buckridge Ranch (not far from Saint Jo, TX) and setup camp
  • There will be a cracker barrel before lights out
• Saturday
  • Spend as much time as possible on the shooting ranges
  • Meals in your Patrols
• Sunday
  • Breakfast with your Patrol
  • Break Camp
  • Depart for Richardson (ETA is about noon)
