Election Details:
- Tyler T. (our OA Rep.) will assist our District representatives who will attend and coordinate the election, which will start at 7:30 pm
- We need at least 50% attendance for elections to be valid
- Everyone please wear your Class "A" uniform
- This meeting has a single agenda item: Elections. We expect to be done around 8(ish) pm so please plan accordingly to have your Scout picked up a bit earlier than usual
Monday’s activities shape up like this:
- 6:30-7:30 pm Orientation/Information Session
- 7:30 pm – Troop meeting starts
- Much Doge Patrol has the flag ceremony
- Troop program: Order of the Arrow Elections
- 8:00 pm – Close meeting
- 8:15-8:45 pm - Mandatory PLC and JASM meeting
